Salon Policies

HC Natural Hair is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

A consultation is required for all first time appointments.  You can book appointments through the book now button.  The calendar for opens on the 15th of each month for the following month.  Once the calendar is filled the book now button is removed.

You may schedule up to 3 appointments.  If more than 3 appointments are booked online, the appointment will not be accepted. 

​

A $25 deposit is required for first time styling appointments. The $25 deposit will be applied to your service cost. 

A valid debit or credit card is required at the time your consultation appointment is made.  

Please arrive on time for your appointment.  If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late please call.  It may be necessary for you to reschedule your appointment.

Please remove all twist, braids, or extensions before your appointment.  A fee of $25 will be added to your service for the take down and removal of previous styles.

Clients must follow our Cancellation Policy to cancel/ reschedule or any associated fees will be deducted from any deposits paid. Deposits are non- refundable.

Cancellation Policy

​

Your appointment is very important to us and is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

HC Natural Hair requires a cancellation notice of at least 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time. Failure to notify within 24 hours will result in the FULL charge of the appointment/s booked.

Any guests with same-day cancellations made by a stylist for your appointments without 24 hour notice will be presented with a gift card to be used at your next appointment. This gift card is redeemable for hair services only.

ALCOHOL POLICY

​

We offer complimentary wine to our members to enjoy during their services. Please ensure you have documentation to prove you are aged 21, or over. It is against our policy to serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 21. No Exceptions!

GUESTS

​

Due to limited space and for the comfort of all clients, guests/ children are not allowed to be present during clients’ appointment time.
